Beach with friends

As it's the school holidays, I've been spending a lot of time at the beach with buddies! When I'm not at work, I'm at the beach!

Birds of tokyo

My all time fave band Birds of Tokyo dropped into Karratha on the 21st of September as part of the 2013 red earth arts festival. I had the best night, singing every word of every song! It's fantastic to have bands like these come up to little old Karratha

40 hour famine

Hi Everyone!
I’m doing the World Vision 40 Hour Famine on 16-18 August. (I’m going without food ) for 40 hours to raise money to help kids around the world who are suffering because of chronic hunger. I’m giving up for 40 hours, so I’m hoping you can give up some of your hard-earned cash to support me with a donation.
My goal is to raise $200.
You can donate easily online via my fundraising page

Every donation counts, so please do your little bit to help me achieve my goal and help children in need.
Thankyou
Em

Hey Everybody,
Hope you have all had a fantastic week.
Sorry I haven't posted in a while... A lot has been going on lately!

Id like to introduce you all to one of my very good friends- James Mackinnon.
James and I have been friends since we started high school together, although he has now moved to Perth. James is a really talented photographer and I have asked him if I could show some of his work on my blog. Please comment bellow and tell him how much you love his work... Then hopefully he will let me steal some more of his work for the blog.

Mud Crabs

Hey everyone,
Today we went Mud Crabbing, with Morty!
The ocean was nice and calm on the way out... but the way in was horrible. Both Morton and I got sea-sick :( The worst bit was the fact that after all the hard work, we only caught 1 mud crab and 1 blue swimmer crab. A very disappointing day, but at least we weren't stuck inside BORED all day! The only photos I took were of them in the sink, sorry they're not very good...
